[Inferno]

The AMERICAN PIE adventures continue in yet another sequel with
AMERICAN PIE PRESENTS: THE NAKED MILE.

The raunchy fun begins with Erik Stifler's worrisome realization that he may be about to become the only Stifler to graduate from high school with his virginity intact. Eager to toss his virginity before slipping on his cap and gown, Erik makes it his mission to find a willing partner. Thanks to reliable, offbeat advice from the ever-present Eugene Levy as Jim's dad, Erik feels prepared when he heads off to the annual Naked Mile race. Packed with sorority girls, the event promises an easy victory. Or does it?

In the first scene, Erik's parents go to visit the grandmother, while Erik pretends to be ill. He begins to masturbate to pornography, but as he ejaculates, his grandmother walks in. She dies from a subsequent heart attack. Erik's friends attempt to cheer him up by telling him about the "Naked Mile", an annual event held at Stifler's college. Erik is given a "guilt free pass" for the weekend by his girlfriend Tracy, who is not ready for sex, in the hope that he can "get it out of his system" and come back not demanding sex.

When Erik and his friends arrive at Stifler's fraternity, they find Stifler engaged in drinking games. The older Stifler defeats the challenger and is crowned Drinking Champion. The three friends then participate in a football match against a team comprised entirely of dwarfs.
Stifler's fraternity loses the game after a midget emerges from the mud and stops Stifler from scoring a touchdown. At a party after the game, Erik meets a girl, and tensions grow between the midgets and Stifler and the football team and it almost breaks up in a fight.
The fight's over, it's evening time, and everyone's partying. Stifler gets a girl and goes to her home. In the morning, when Stifler leaves the girl's house, midgets with covered faces attack and injure him. Erik & friends go to see Stifler in the hospital, where Stifler appreciates Erik for being the only decent guy in Stifler's family.

Time comes for the Naked Mile and the midgets express their happiness that Stifler won't be able to participate. However, at the last minute Stifler arrives, donning a hospital attire, surprising everyone and instantly casts off the outfit to show he's ready for the run.
After the run, everyone is at an underwear party where Erik gets a girl for himself, who's interested in having sex with "Virgins". They are about to have sex when Erik realizes that he's in love with Tracy and he leaves promptly. On his way back to his place, his car runs out of gas, leaving him to steal a horse from nearby. He returns to Tracy and expresses his love, which eventually ends with both losing their virginity in each other's arms.
The film ends with a scene where the midgets see a video of stiffer banging his girlfriend.
